Returns, Exchanges & Shipping Disclaimers
Most items will ship within 1 to 5 business days, with the exception of newly painted pieces. In that case, the estimated ship date will be listed with the artwork. The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES. Most packages are not trackable to me outside of the United States. It is common for packages to countries outside the U.S. to be held in customs offices. Please be aware that you may be responsible for customs fees or taxes.
Returns & Exchanges: I gladly accept returns and exchanges on certain items. Contact me within: 5 days of delivery.
I don't accept cancellations of items that have shipped and not arrived to you.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items must arrive back to me in the same condition I shipped them in. If a return arrives to me damaged, you will not be refunded.
